Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- The product is returned successfully according to our return policy
- The item is out of stock or the order is canceled by Zainmahal
- The order is canceled before shipment
- You receive a defective or incorrect product and choose not to request a replacement

- Mobile banking for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
- Zainmahal Wallet or store credit (optional, if applicable)

- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after return verification or cancellation approval
- Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways

- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of seller error or damaged items
