Exchange Policy
- Customers may request an exchange **within 3 days of receiving the parcel**.
- Exchanges are applicable for:
Size-related issues (subject to stock availability)
Product exchange for another item of equal or higher value (any price difference must be paid by the customer) - Items must be:
Unused, unworn, and unwashed
Returned with original tags, labels, and packaging intact - Additional delivery charges will apply for exchange deliveries.
No Refund Policy
- Once an order is completed and the parcel is received, Zainmahal does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- We strongly recommend reviewing product details, size charts, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Parcel Return at Delivery Time
If you wish to refuse or return a parcel, it must be done at the time of delivery, directly in front of the delivery personnel.
- Parcels accepted at delivery cannot be returned later.
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Innerwear or undergarments
- Customized or limited-edition products

- Contact Zainmahal Customer Support within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and reason for exchange.
- Our support team will guide you through the exchange process and arrange delivery.
