- These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Zainmahal’s official website and social media platforms.
- Zainmahal reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Orders & Confirmation
- All orders must be confirmed via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.
- Zainmahal reserves the right to cancel any unverified, incomplete, or suspicious orders.
- By confirming an order, you agree to our Delivery, Return, and Exchange policies.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable VAT where required.
- Available payment options include Cash on Delivery (COD) and other supported payment gateways.
- Delivery charges are calculated separately and are non refundable.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer nationwide delivery across Bangladesh through reliable courier partners.
- Estimated delivery time:
- inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 1–3 working days - Parcels may only be refused at the time of delivery, in the presence of the delivery personnel.
5. Return & Exchange Policy
- Zainmahal does not offer refunds once an order has been delivered successfully.
- Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of delivery, subject to product availability and condition.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
- Certain items, including innerwear or customized products, are not eligible for exchange.
6. Product Availability & Accuracy
- We strive to ensure all product images, descriptions, and details are accurate and up to date.
- Minor variations in color, fabric texture, or measurements may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or production processes.
- Zainmahal reserves the right to limit, modify, or discontinue any product without prior notice.
7. Use of Personal Information
- Customer information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with unauthorized third parties.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Zainmahal website, including logos, images, designs, and text, is the intellectual property of Zainmahal.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
• Zainmahal is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product only.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
- Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
